Covering an area of 500 mu, our company construction was divided into phases. Right now, the first phase has been finished with 1800 employees including 12 senior engineers, 150 technicians. We have slitting, ERW, HDG, steel-plastic, highway guardrail, hardware galvanizing, zinc coating for heavy metal workshops. Besides, we adopt advanced produce and test devices such as eddy defect detector and salt-mist corrosion tester. Equipped by 12 line of ERW pipe, 4 line of w-beam, 11 line of HDG, 1 line of plastic spray and dipping, 7 line of automatic fastener galvanizing, 2 line of hardware galvanizing, 2 line of automatic zinc coating for heavy metal, we totally produce and sell all products about 1.2 million tons every year.
